The specific services, fees and scheduling arrangements for each engagement will be described before payment or confirmed in a separate client service agreement.
All services and website information are provided for general educational, wellness and lifestyle-support purposes.
Services do not include medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescribing, psychotherapy, emergency services, legal advice or financial advice.
Information provided through the website or during consultations is not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Clients should consult a suitable licensed professional concerning medical symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatments or changes to an existing care plan.
These services are not appropriate for medical or mental-health emergencies.
A person experiencing severe, sudden or urgent symptoms should contact the appropriate local emergency service or seek immediate local medical attention.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information.
Informing Henry Pan of relevant changes.
Making their own decisions concerning their health, lifestyle and professional care.
Maintaining access to appropriately licensed healthcare professionals in their location.
Seeking medical assessment when symptoms require it.
No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
Virtual consultations are ordinarily conducted through Zoom or another mutually agreed platform.
Clients are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device and reasonably private environment.
Although reasonable steps are taken to support privacy, electronic communication and video platforms carry inherent technological and privacy risks.
Fees are displayed in the stated currency and are payable according to the terms presented at the time of booking.
Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. Henry Pan does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
Applicable cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Website content, consultation materials, written strategies and educational resources provided by Henry Pan are for the client’s personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
They may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.
Wellness and lifestyle outcomes vary among individuals. No representation or guarantee is made that a particular result will be achieved.
The website and its content may be updated, corrected, suspended or discontinued at any time.
Reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate information, but the website may occasionally contain errors or outdated information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Clients may be required to complete a separate intake form, consent form or client service agreement before services begin.
Where a signed client agreement contains more specific provisions, that agreement will govern the applicable client engagement.
